Online ordering is available 24 hours every day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you! Follow these three easy steps to order:

1. Choose the product(s) you want to order by placing the item(s) into your shopping cart then indicate the quantity for each.

2. Choose the credit card you want to use.

3. Provide an address and phone number for your delivery destination. We will send you a shipment confirmation via e-mail as soon as we ship your order.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed the same day that we receive them and generally shipped within one to two business days. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped. If you order more than one item, we may ship from more than one location. This will not affect your shipping charges.

How will I know if you have received my order?
When ordering online, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will be given your order number on the order confirmation page. Be sure to record this number and keep it handy in case you have questions about your order.

How do I check the status of my order?
If you have any question about your order, including order status, you can visit our web site and track your purchase through your account orcontact us. If you are a Registered Member of you can Log In to your account and check your order status.  

What happens if my item is backordered?
We have attempted to minimize "backordered" occurrences by establishing a Real Time Inventory System. On rare occasions we temporarily run out of stock if an item is in greater demand than anticipated. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via e-mail with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive within 30 days. We will e-mail you when we are ready to ship to reconfirm your interest in the item. We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and one or more of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments.

What are the shipping costs and options?
We offer Standard and Priority shipping services to almost everywhere in the world. Please remember that orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt and, therefore, two business days should be added to the corresponding delivery time shown with your Standard or Priority shipping choice.

International Shipping:

Most International orders have a tax, duty, or an additional fee. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees. Helen Kaminski is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees associated with any order.



Our Return Policy
Helen Kaminski is committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns on all products sold on Simply return the item to us within 20 days of receipt and we will promptly process your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and with original tags to be considered for refund. We will issue credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (Wrong Item, Damaged)

Timeline for Returns
All returns must be returned back to Helen Kaminski within 20 days of receipt. We estimate up to 10 business days of transit back to us. We will process your return upon receipt and issue your refund promptly. Please allow 14 days from the time of receipt of your return for processing. Expect to receive your refund within four weeks after dropping your package with a return shipper. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to show in your account.

Orders Returned after 20 Days
Orders extending beyond the 20 day return window are not eligible for full refund. Merchandise credit will be given if you do choose to return it, provided product is unworn and has original tags.

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please return using the enclosed label and packing slip. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

If you wish to receive an item in exchange for the original item (including different size and/or color), please return the original item with our original Packing Slip and packaging, and place a new order for the item of your choice. We will process your refund upon receipt of the original item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Refunding Delivery Charges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery fees placed for online orders unless the reason for return was our fault. In the case of items not as pictured, initial shipping fee will be refunded, but return shipping will not be credited. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped from our warehouse, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.

NOTE: All returns and exchanges are reviewed. We do not process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased at and items will not be returned to you.

Other Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. Helen Kaminski is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
